You won’t believe how easy this Candy Corn Fudge is – and perfect as a fall treat! All you need are a few ingredients and you can make this indulgent treat at home.

Intimidated by making candy? Fudge is actually so simple to make. I know a lot of people are intimidated by candy, but this is practically foolproof. This Candy Corn Fudge is a recipe that doesn’t require a candy thermometer and the hands-on time is less than 15 minutes!
Plus, it’s perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and all fall long!
Ingredients
Sweetened Condensed Milk: Make sure you are using sweetened condensed milk – not evaporated milk.
Butter: I use unsalted butter because that is what I keep on hand, but salted would work great here since a little bit of salt will help to balance the sweetness.
Vanilla: Use real vanilla extract, if possible.
Chocolate Chips: I love this recipe because I can usually make it from pantry staples. And the chocolate chips actually work really well in this recipe. But if you have some good quality chocolate, that would make it even better!
Candy Corn: I like to make sure the candy corn is fresh so that it is soft.
How to Make Candy Corn Fudge
1: Start by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with foil. This is so that you can easily remove the fudge from the pan. Spray it with nonstick cooking spray or grease it with butter.
2: Next you are going to create a double boiler. Do this by placing a small saucepan with about an inch of water on the stove. Place a heat safe bowl on top. Add the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla to the bowl.
3: Let this gently cook until the butter is melted, stirring often.
4: Remove the bowl from the heat and add in the chocolate chips.
5: Stir this all together until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
6: Add in the candy corn and stir to combine it all together.
7: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish. Spread it out into an even layer.
8: If desired, place some more candy corn on top. Now you just have to be patient and let it sit until it sets up, then you can cut it into squares to serve.
Tips and Tricks
- I like to make this one day and let it sit overnight before cutting into pieces.
- To cut into pieces, I like to first cut the edges off, especially if you are using a dish with rounded corners. Then cut the fudge down the center one way, then down the center the opposite way, forming 4 squares. Cut each square into thirds each way, getting 9 pieces from each of the 4 squares.
- I store the Candy Corn Fudge in an airtight container, but the candy corn will start to get a little bit sticky after a couple of days.

Candy Corn Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup candy corn plus more for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with foil, letting the edges hand over as handles. Butter completely or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Fill a small saucepan with about 1 inch of water and set over medium-low heat. Place a heat safe bowl on top of the saucepan. (You want to make sure the bowl is big enough to not touch the water.)
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla in the bowl. Cook, stirring often, until the butter is melted and it is all combined. Remove from the heat.
- Immediately stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the milk chocolate chips. Continuously stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Stir in the candy corn.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread out evenly and smooth the top. Press additional candy corn on top, if desired.
- Let the fudge cool completely and set up before cutting into squares, at least 2 hours.

I'm came back to give feedback. I made both kinds and have to say that the layered kind, while absolutely adorable, is wayyyy too sweet for even MY sweet-tooth. But this chocolate one is DELICIOUS!! I can't stop eating it. I've tried (for the sake of my hips) giving it away, and now that I only have a few pieces left, I'm sad. I think I'll end up making more. Thanks for the extra 5 pounds! LOL

Oh my! I'm LOVING these fudge recipes. Like you, I can't decide which one is most appealing. I'm a die-hard chocolate fudge fan, but that layered vanilla batch is too cute.
