Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies – Soft chocolate chips cookies with a hint of orange make these a favorite cookie!

You can’t have too many cookie recipes on hand, right??
These cookies have one of my favorite flavor combinations – orange and chocolate. The orange isn’t overpowering, but gives these cookies just enough to make you want a second cookie. I love using semi-sweet chocolate chips in these, but if you are more of a milk chocolate fan, I’m sure they would be delicious, too. I love the texture that the cream cheese gives to these cookies as well.
A winning cookie, in my book!

One of my favorite things that I get at Christmas every year is a chocolate orange. However, i have trouble finishing the whole thing in a reasonable amount of time (I’m actually not big on just plain candy). Maybe I’ll do these cookies with the chocolate orange to finish it up. They look awesome.

Thanks for this recipe. I changed them up a bit and REALLY liked them! I used butter, 1 more oz. of cream cheese (did a 1/2 of the cream cheese bar), added 1 t. fresh orange juice and the zest from 2 oranges. I added 1/4 c. more flour and they were awesome! Thanks for the post 😉 I will be posting about these cookies soon on my blog.

Those sounds yummy. I recently made candied orange peels and I'll bet a little of those chopped up in these would be yummy, too!

While I like cookies I don't like making them…no matter how bad the craving is! I need to work on my cookie begging. 🙂
