The perfect holiday drink, this Sparkling Cranberry Punch is family friendly and only takes minutes to prepare!
The turkey is thawing, the pies have been started or made. The schedule is written out.
Raise your hand if you are ready for Thanksgiving!!
But wait – do you have a drink that the whole family will love?? Just in case you happen to be looking for a drink for your holiday festivities, I’m here to hook you up. This easy and festive drink is only 3 ingredients, and can be made in minutes. I was going through some old recipe boxes and came across this recipe. I’m not sure where it came from – I didn’t recognize the handwriting, but I knew immediately it would make the perfect holiday drink.
And hey – if you are already prepared for Thanksgiving, this would make a great Christmas drink as well!!
Ingredients
This is all you need:
- Cranberry Juice Cocktail – this comes bottled in the juice section of your grocery store. It’s super easy to find.
- Sparkling Water – this is what makes it “sparkling” – it is basically just carbonated water. You can use any that are labeled as sparkling water, club soda, seltzer water, or anything similar. They should all work for this recipe.
- Pink Lemonade Concentrate – it is sometimes hard to find the 6oz containers of frozen pink lemonade concentrate, so if you can’t, just use half of a 12-oz can. Or double the other ingredients and use the whole can of concentrate. To make it easy to mix, you’ll want it to be thawed, or at least mostly thawed.
How to Make Sparkling Cranberry Punch:
Tips and Tricks
I wouldn’t suggest making this ahead of time because the sparkling water will lose its fizz. But it only takes minutes to make, so it’s easy to do right before serving.
It’s my favorite served over crushed ice. If you don’t have crushed ice, just make sure to serve it cold.
This is so good that even kids usually like it, but you can always dilute it out more with extra sparkling water.

Is the “sparkling water” in this recipe mineral water (like Pelligrino) or carbonated water like seltzer water or club soda? Thanks!
Deborah says
It would probably work with either, but I used a carbonated water.
Carin says
This looks amazing and perfect to make for Christmas this year. I’m just wondering though. What can be used as a substitute for the frozen pink lemonade? I live in Australia and we don’t have the frozen concentrates
Deborah says
Unfortunately, I’m not quite sure what you could use to substitute. You could probably use lemon juice and sugar, but I’m not sure of the amounts. So sorry!
Jessica says
What could you do to make this an adult drink?
Deborah says
Unfortunately, I can’t help you because I don’t drink. Maybe someone else will chime in??
Sherri says
Can 7-up be used instead of sparkling water?
Deborah says
I would think it would be great. It might be a little sweeter, but I think it sounds delicious!
Katie @ Youth Literature Reviews says
So pretty and festive! I love that it’s non-alcoholic, since I’m pregnant and most of the traditional holiday cocktails are off-limits. The combination of cranberry juice and pink lemonade sounds to-die-for!
sarah says
can you make this the night b4?
Deborah says
If you make it the night before, the sparkling water will lose it’s fizz. I would suggest making it right before serving. It only takes a couple minutes, so it should be easy!
Sasha says
Just add some vodka and then you’re really in business 😉
Jillee says
I’m going to add vodka in this too…for those adults that want it anyway…making this a very special “adult drink”

Hey Deborah–I just tried to pin this by clicking on the black “P” on the image and it didn’t work. It said there was no image. The gray and red button at the top worked fine. Just fyi. Maybe it’s just my computer. Dump this comment if so! 🙂
