Ingredients
Filling:
10cupspeeledcored and sliced apples
1cupsugar
1tablespoonall-purpose flour
1teaspoonground cinnamon
Topping:
1 1/2cupsquick-cooking oats
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1 1/2cupspacked light brown sugar
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
3/4cupbuttermelted
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and cinnamon. Stir to combine, and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Pour the apple mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the oats, remaining flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Pour the melted butter over the top and stir to evenly mix in the butter. Crumble the mixture over the top of the apple mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven until browned on top and the filling is bubbly, about 45 minutes.
