Ingredients
1cupheavy whipping cream
2tablespoonssugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1 1/4cupspomegranate seeds(seeds from about 1 whole pomegranate)
1medium applecubed
1cupmini marshmallows
1/2cuppecans or walnutstoasted and chopped
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the cream until it starts to thicken. Slowly add in the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in the vanilla.
1 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fold in the pomegranate seeds, apple, marshmallows and nuts. Serve
1 1/4 cups pomegranate seeds, 1 medium apple, 1 cup mini marshmallows, 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
Notes
