Asian flavors come together in this flavorful Asian Chopped Salad. Filled with veggies and fruit, this sweet and savory salad is topped with an easy homemade dressing and crunchy wonton strips.

Ingredients
Salad
Oil, for frying(vegetable, canola, avocado, etc)
6wonton wrapperseach cut into 6 strips
6cupschopped green cabbage
4cupschopped romaine lettuce
4green onionssliced
1(15 oz) canmandarin orangesdrained and chopped if large
Heat about 1 inch of oil in a heavy duty pan. Fry the wonton strips until browned and crisped, about 30-45 seconds. Remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Oil, for frying, 6 wonton wrappers
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, lettuce, green onions, mandarin oranges, bell pepper, and almonds.
6 cups chopped green cabbage, 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 4 green onions, 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, 1 cup diced red bell pepper, 3/4 cup sliced almonds
In a small jar, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and oil. Place a lid on tightly and shake to combine.
Pour as much of the dressing over the salad as desired and mix to combine.
Serve topped with the wonton strips.
Notes
