Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and the ranch seasoning mix. Add in the chicken, bacon , cheese, and green onion. Stir to mix well.
Working with one tortilla at a time, add about 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture down the center. Roll the tortilla up and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Continue with the rest of the tortillas and filling.
Once all of the taquitos are assembled, spray the top with cooking spray. (I like to use avocado oil.) Sprinkle the coarse salt over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven until the taquitos are golden brown and the filling is heated through, about 13-15 minutes.
Serve the taquitos with prepared ranch dressing, for dipping.
