Ingredients
1poundraw, peeled and deveined medium to large shrimp
1/4cupunsalted butter
4clovesgarlicminced
2tablespoonslemon juice
Salt and pepper
Fresh minced parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Place the butter in a small saucepan and melt. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes, then stir in the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper,
1/4 cup unsalted butter, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, Salt and pepper
Place the shrimp in a baking dish, then pour the garlic butter over the shrimp. Stir gently to coat the shrimp with the butter.
1 pound raw, peeled and deveined medium to large shrimp
Bake in the preheated oven until the shrimp are pink, 8-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and then serve.
