Ingredients
2cupslightly packed fresh basil leaves
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/3cuppine nutstoasted
2-4minced garlic cloves
1/3 - 1/2cupolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine the basil, parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor or blender. Pulse until chopped.
With the food processor/blender running, stream in the olive oil until everything is emulsified and combined.
Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Notes
