Ingredients
8ouncesItalian sausage
4ouncesground beef
1cupchopped onion
1(15.5 oz) canpinto beansdrained and rinsed
1(10 oz) canchopped tomatoes with chilesundrained
1teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
4(10-inch)flour tortillas
1cup(4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Sliced avocados
Sour cream
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage, ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and cooked through and the onion is soft. Drain off fat, if needed.

Add the beans, tomatoes, chili powder and salt and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, the reduce the heat and simmer until the mixture has thickened a bit, about 5 minutes.
1 (15.5 oz) can pinto beans, 1 (10 oz) can chopped tomatoes with chiles, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt
If needed, microwave the tortillas for about 30 seconds until warm and pliable.
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Place 1/4 of the cheese down the center of one tortilla. Top with 1/4 of the meat and bean mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and sour cream. Fold the sides in, then wrap the burrito tightly.
