Ingredients
2(8.5-oz each) boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1box yellow cake mix(sized for a 9x13-inch cake - see notes)
5eggs
2/3cupmilk
1cupwater
1/2cupvegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
