Ingredients
3/4lbbacon
1lbbite-sized pieces of cauliflower
10ozbite-sized pieces of broccoli
1/2cuplightly salted sunflower seeds
1/2small red oniondiced
4ozcheddar cheesecut into small cubes
1cupmayonnaise
1/4cupred wine vinegar
2tablespoonssugar
Instructions
Dice the bacon. Add to a hot skillet and cook until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate.
Add the cauliflower, broccoli, sunflower seeds, red onion, cheese, and bacon to a large bowl and stir to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir until it is all evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
