Ingredients
1(13.25 oz)cake mixdry
1(3.4 oz to 3.9 oz)package instant pudding mixdry
7tablespoonsflour
1teaspoonbaking powder
3whole eggs plus 1 egg yolk
2/3cupmilk
1/3cupoil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Prepare 16 muffin cups by lining with paper liners or spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, flour, and baking powder.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the eggs, egg yolk, milk, and oil.
3 whole eggs plus 1 egg yolk, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup oil
Mix everything together until fully mixed.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared muffin cups.
Bake the muffins until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Notes
I have also tested this recipe using the larger 15.25 oz cake mix.
