Get ready for a taste explosion!
Preheat the oven to 450ºF. (If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven and preheat for at least 30 minutes.)
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and paprika.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it up as it cooks, until it is almost cooked through. Season with the seasoned salt and continue to cook until no pink remains.
Stretch or roll the pizza dough out into a 12” circle. Spread all but about 2 tablespoons of the ketchup mixture over the crust to about 1-inch of the edges. Sprinkle half of the cheese, then top with the cooked ground beef. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Add the onions and tomatoes over the top, then layer on the pickles.
Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of the sauce over the top of the pizza.
Notes
*I like my pizza crust a little thinner, so I will use about 12 oz of dough per pizza instead of 1 pound.See my pizza dough post for all of my pizza baking tips and tricks.Nutrition information provided as an estimate only.
