Ingredients
8slicesbacon
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupmayonnaise
4ozMonterey Jack cheeseshredded
4ozcheddar cheeseshredded
1teaspoongarlic powder
2-3green onions
8buttery round crackersroughly crushed (such as Ritz)
1/2tablespoonbuttermelted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Place the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until crisp, turning as needed. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Once cool, chop the bacon.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl and beat together until mostly smooth. Stir in the Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Add the green onions and half of the bacon and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
While the dip is baking, combine the remaining bacon with the crushed crackers and the melted butter.
Once the dip has been baked for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and spread the bacon/cracker mixture over the top. Return to the oven and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, until bubbling and hot.
Serve with crackers or chips for dipping.
