Ingredients
1cupshredded Mozzarella cheese
1cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese
1cupmayonnaise
1/2cupbuttersoftened
2-3clovesgarlicpeeled and minced
1loaf French breadabout 1 lb
1small bunch of green onionssliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, stir together both cheeses, the mayonnaise, butter and garlic.
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup butter, 2-3 cloves garlic
Cut the French bread in half horizontally. Spread the prepared mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread. Sprinkle the onions evenly over the top.
1 loaf French bread, 1 small bunch of green onions
Place the bread, spread side up, on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes, then turn on the broiler and broil until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
Slice to serve.
