Ingredients
18 oz package cream cheese, at room temperature
4ozshredded pepper jack cheesedivided
4ozshredded cheddar cheesedivided
12oztaco sauce
1/2cuphalf and half
1teaspoonchili powder
Tortilla chipsfor serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the half of the pepper jack cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, the taco sauce, half and half, and chili powder. Pour into a 9-inch pie dish.
Top with the remaining pepper jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 25 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
