Ingredients
1/2cup(110 g) mayonnaise
1/2cup(114 g) sour cream
2chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoondried parsley
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoondried dill
1/2teaspoonsalt
1limejuiced
Pepperto taste
2-4tablespoonsmilkor buttermilk
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, peppers, garlic, parsley, onion powder, dill, salt, lime juice, and pepper to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Add enough milk (or buttermilk) until you get your desired consistency. Taste, and season with more salt and pepper, if needed.

For a thicker dressing (for dipping) you don’t have to add any extra milk.
