Ingredients
4tablespoonsunsalted butter
1cupheavy whipping cream
4tablespoonsbrown sugar
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the cream, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Continue to cook, whisking constantly, until the mixture has thickened slightly, 5-7 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the syrup into a jar or container for pouring. Serve warm.
Notes
