Ingredients
3/4cupbutterat room temperature
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1teaspoonvanilla
3.4ozpackage instant vanilla pudding, mix only
1teaspoonbaking soda
2 1/4cupsall-purpose flour
1/4teaspoonsalt
10Oreo cookiesroughly chopped or crushed
2bars(1.55 oz each) Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme chocolate barsroughly chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and mix until completely combined. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Add the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Mix until combined.
Fold in the Oreos and cookies and chocolate bars.
Form balls into 2 tablespoon balls and place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper or silpat liners, keeping the dough at least 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven just until set, about 8-12 minutes. I like to underbake them just barely.
Let the cookies cool for 1-2 minutes before transferring off the baking sheet to cool.
