Ingredients
1poundsweet Italian sausagecasings removed, if needed
1medium onionchopped
1 1/2poundspotatoespeeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2cupschicken broth
1teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonpepper
1(15.25 oz) canwhole kernel corn, drained
1(14.75 oz) cancream-style corn
1(12 oz) can evaporated milk

Instructions
In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook the sausage and the onion until the sausage is browned and the onions are tender. Drain well.
Stir in the potatoes, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then cover the pot and reduce the heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn and evaporated milk. Cook until warmed through.
