Ingredients
8ozcream cheese,at room temperature
2tablespoonsheavy whipping cream
2teaspoonsfresh chopped dill
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonlemon pepper
1/4teaspooncoarse salt
1loaf sliced bread,crusts removed
1English cucumber,thinly sliced
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Lay the slices of bread out on a work surface. Spread evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
Layer cucumbers on top of half of the slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture, then top with the remaining bread, cream cheese side down.
Slice the sandwiches as desired - I usually do them in 4 triangles, but you could also cut them into 4 squares or 3 rectangles.
