Ingredients
2(6 oz each) cans lump crab meatdrained and flaked
1cupmayonnaise
1cupsour cream
1/4cupminced red onion
2tablespoonsminced fresh dill
2teaspoonslemon zest
2teaspoonslemon juice
A few dashes of hot sauce
Salt and pepper
Assorted crackersfor serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, red onion, dill, lemon zest and juice, and hot sauce. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Serve with assorted crackers.
