8-10ozfresh green beans
4ozgoudashredded
1can8 oz Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Trim the edges of the green beans, and when the water comes to a boil, blanch the green bean for 1-2 minutes. Remove and put in ice water to stop the cooking. Remove to a dish towel or paper towels to dry.
Preheat the oven to 375F. Unroll the crescent rolls. Place about 5-6 green beans across the center of each roll, then top with about a tablespoon of the grated cheese. Roll up the crescent rolls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
