Ingredients
3teaspoonsactive dry yeast
1/2cupwarm water
2cupswarm milk
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
2eggs
3teaspoonssugar
2teaspoonssalt
6 - 7cupsall-purpose flour
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
2(4 oz) each cansdiced Green Chiles
Instructions
In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the yeast and the warm water. Let sit until the yeast starts to bloom.
3 teaspoons active dry yeast, 1/2 cup warm water
Add in the milk, butter, eggs, sugar, salt and 4 cups of the flour. Continue adding the flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl. Knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes.
