1poundsalmon
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonfinely chopped hazelnuts
3tablespoonbuttersoftened
1tablespoonchopped fresh parsley
1tablespoonlemon juice
Instructions
Prepare hazelnut butter – toast hazelnuts in the microwave or oven. Mix hazelnuts with butter, parsley, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Grill fish for 4 minutes. Turn – spread about 1 tablespoon hazelnut butter over each fillet. Cover and grill 4 to 6 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
