Ingredients
1/4cupextra-virgin olive oil
3tablespoonsred wine vinegar
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonsugar
2tablespoonsfinely chopped herbs*
1quartcherry or grape tomatoeshalved
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Stir in the herbs. Add the tomatoes and toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
