Ingredients
3tablespoonshoney
3tablespoonsprepared mustard
1tablespoonmayonnaise
2clovesgarlicminced
1/2teaspoondried dill
Salt and pepperto taste
4salmon fillets4-6 oz each
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in a 9x13-inch baking dish in a single layer. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the fish reaches about 145ºF or when it flakes with a fork, about 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets.
