Ingredients
2cupskalestems removed
2cupswater
2cupschopped pineapple(I like frozen)
1banana(I like frozen)
Juice of 1/2 lime
2tablespoonschia seeds
Instructions
Blend the kale and the water in a blender until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
