Ingredients
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonrice vinegar
1teaspoonsesame oil
1/2teaspoonsugar
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakesor to taste
1medium cucumberspiralized
1medium carrotpeeled and spiralized
Toasted sesame seedsfor serving, optional
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and red pepper flakes. Add the cucumber and carrot and toss to combine.
