Ingredients
1lbbroccoli floretscut into bite-sized pieces
2tablespoonsunsalted butter
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1teaspoongrated lemon zest
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Bring a few inches of water to a boil in a pan with a steamer basket. Add the broccoli to the basket, cover and cook until crisp tender, about 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the lemon juice and cook for 30-60 seconds. Stir in the lemon zest, salt and pepper. Add the broccoli and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
