Ingredients
1/2cupmayonnaise
3chipotles in adobominced (remove seeds for less heat) plus 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
8beef hot dogs
8hot dog buns
1large avocadodiced
1/3cupcrumbled cotija cheese
Fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and the minced chipotles and adobo sauce. Set aside.
Grill the hot dogs on a grill until they are cooked through.
Open the buns and grill the inside part of the bun down until toasted.
To assemble the hot dogs, place a hot dog on each of the toasted buns. Top with the chipotle mayonnaise, avocado, crumbled cotija and chopped cilantro.
