Ingredients
1lbroma tomatoesdiced
1/2medium onionfinely chopped
1jalapenofinely diced (remove seeds and ribs for less heat)
Large handful of cilantrochopped
2clovesgarlicfinely minced
2tablespoonslime juice
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir to mix.
