Ingredients
2lbsbeef stew meatcut into 3/4-inch cubes
2cupssalsa*
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespoonreduced sodium soy sauce
1clovegarlicminced
4cupscooked rice
cilantro
Instructions
Combine the beef, salsa, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic in a 3-quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Serve the beef over rice, topped with cilantro.
