Ingredients
12ouncesturkey sausage or kielbasacut into 1/4-inch thick rounds
2clovesgarlicminced
1onionchopped
1medium carrotpeeled and chopped
1celery stalkchopped
1/2medium bunch kalechopped (about 4 cups)
3cupsfat-free low-sodium chicken broth
115.5-ounce can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
115.5-ounce can great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
114.5-ounce can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
1/2cupwater
1teaspoondried basil
Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
Place the lid on the cooker and cook on low until the vegetables are tender, 4-5 hours.
