Ingredients
1/2cupbuttermilk
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/4cupsour cream
2medium tomatilloshusks removed and cleaned
1clovegarlicminced
1/2bunch cilantro
1/2jalapeñoseeds and ribs removed for less heat
1tablespoonlime juice
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoondried parsley
1/2teaspoononion powder
pinchof dill
pinchof salt
Black pepperto taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 medium tomatillos, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 bunch cilantro, 1/2 jalapeño, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, pinch of salt, Black pepper, pinch of dill
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use. It will thicken up a bit as it is refrigerated.
