Ingredients
juice of 1 lime (about 1 tablespoon)
1tablespoonhoney
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1cupchopped pineapple
1cupsliced strawberries
2-3kiwispeeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
2clementinespeeled and segmented
1mangopeeled and diced (about 3/4 cup)
1bananasliced
1/4cupshreddedsweetened coconut
Instructions
Place the lime juice, honey, and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix until combined.

Add the pineapple, strawberries, kiwis, clementines, mango, banana, and coconut. Mix gently to combine.

Serve right away, or refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with additional coconut, if desired.
Notes
This is best served right away. The bananas will start to brown if you make it ahead of time.You can use any mixture of fruit that you’d like.
