Ingredients
1(8-oz) packagecream cheesesoftened
2/3cuppacked brown sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupheavy whipping cream
chocolatefor grating
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the brown sugar and the vanilla and beat until completely smooth.
In another bowl, beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Take about 1/4 of the cream and stir it into the cream cheese mixture to lighten it up. Add the remaining cream and fold in until completely combined.
For cupcakes, transfer the frosting to a piping bag and pipe the frosting on the cupcakes as desired. Grate chocolate over the top, if desired.
