Ingredients
8ozcream cheesesoftened
8ozmozzarella cheeseshredded
8ozmonterey jack cheeseshredded
2ozparmesan cheeseshredded
1/2cuplightly packed basilchopped, plus more for garnish
1tablespoonfresh thymechopped
Assorted crackers and chipsfor serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Spray a 9-inch deep dish pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until it is soft and creamy. Add the mozzarella, Monterey Jack, parmesan, basil, and thyme. Mix well - the mixture will be quite stiff, so just work at it until it is completely combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until it is warmed through and melted and bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers and chips.
Notes
This dip can have some grease pool on top after it comes out of the oven.
