Ingredients
2(3.4 oz each) packages Instant White Chocolate Pudding
In a large bowl, combine the pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until completely combined and smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread the mixture into the baked pie crust.
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pie.
Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Before serving, drizzle caramel topping over the top of the pie.
